Lamborghini Miura Rolls off the Auction Block for a Record-Breaking Bid

Lamborghini made history this March. A classic 1971 Lamborghini Miura P400 Spinto Veloce (SV) Prototype auctioned for $1.705 million. This marks the highest-ever bid for a Miura.
Often referred to as the world's first supercar (though the Ferrari 275 GT and Mercedes 300 SL launched immediately before it's official world premier), the Lamborghini Miura SV made its first grand debut at the Geneva Auto Show in 1971. Only 148 units were produced.
