The Lamborghini Diablo saw many different variants over its 11-year lifecycle. However, that first model, which was able to get over the 200 mph mark, was impressive on its own. It employed a 5.7-liter V12 that was capable of producing 485 horsepower and 428 pound-feet of torque. Also, it was a rear-wheel drive model.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Diablo has a ridiculously long list of variants. There was the Diablo, Diablo VT, Diablo SV, and the Diablo VT Roadster all before 1999. After 1999, the Diablo received a major facelift and new variants followed with revised Diablo SV, Diablo VT and VT Roadster, the Diablo GT, and the Diablo VT 6.0.<\/span><\/p>\n

The last two on the list received an even larger engine with a 6.0-liter V12 that was capable of producing 575 horsepower and 465 pound-feet of torque in the GT and 550 horsepower and 457 pound-feet of torque in the VT 6.0. It\u2019s also worth noting that the standard Diablo, all SV models, and the GT were all rear-wheel drive. The VT models were all four-wheel drive.<\/span><\/p>\n
