While the rest of the country seems to be a frozen tundra right now, Florida continues to be the warm and sunny state that it’s known as. Since it has been so nice out, we highly recommend enjoying the beautiful nature of the sunshine state by visiting some local gardens. Below we are sharing what we think are the best gardens to visit in Palm Beach, Florida.

Nature, beauty and culture all in one place

1. Mounts Botanical Garden. This 14-acre plant museum has over 25 display gardens that will both educate and impress you. This garden also has sculptures, exhibits, events, a gift shop, a plant nursery, butterfly plants, ornamentals, and much more. Mounts Botanical Garden is located at 531 North Military Trail in West Palm Beach.
2. Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. This garden mixes both nature and art. Ann Weaver Norton was a famous artist in the early 1900s and this garden is located at her historic home and studio. The garden features nine monolithic sculptures, over 250 rare palm species, cycads, and uncommon tropical plants. Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens is located at 253 Barcelona Road in West Palm Beach.
3. Morimaki Museum and Japanese Gardens. If you are interested in Japanese gardens, this is the place to go. The gardens, named Roji-en: Garden of the Drops of Dew, are meant to complement the museum. The museum and gardens include 16-acres of Japanese gardens, bonsai displays, galleries of historical and contemporary Asian art, family activities, signature Japanese festivals, a gift store, and a lakeside Asian café. This garden is located at 4000 Morimaki Park Road in Delray Beach.
