Where Can I Take the Kids to See Santa in West Palm Beach, FL 2020?

Places to Visit Santa in the West Palm Beach, FL Area 2020

Every year in December we take our kids to the mall to go see Santa and his elves. However, COVID-19 has changed those plans for 2020. While many places have decided to not open up Santa’s workshop at all this year, there are still a few places that are offering social distanced and properly sanitized options. If you’re still planning on taking your kids to see Santa in 2020, check out our list of places to visit in the West Palm Beach, FL area.

Sanitation elves, plastic guards, and socially distanced visitation

  1. Bass Pro Shops. Whether you go to the Dania Beach or Miami location, you can see Santa at Bass Pro Shop. Children and any accompanying family members must go through a temperature check. Once the kids get their turn, Santa will be seated behind a “Magic Santa Shield.” A masked elf will then take a picture with Santa behind the shield and the children in front. After the kid(s) walk away, a team of sanitation elves will clean the site.
  2. Rosemary Square. While the kids won’t be able to sit on Santa’s lap, they’ll be able to sit in chairs placed in front of him for photos at Rosemary Square. You find Santa at the Wishing Tree from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. every Friday and Saturday, at Tommy Bahama from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on December 3rd, and at Lululemon from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on December 10th. If you have dogs, you can bring them to the square for photos on December 5th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  3. Santa in a Snow Globe. On December 6th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. you can see Santa at the annual West Palm Beach Sandi Land exhibit. Santa will be seated inside of a giant snow globe. Kids can pose outside of the globe for photos and text message to Santa. Staff will also encourage social distancing while families wait in line. On December 19th from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., you can get breakfast at Sandi’s Pancake Breakfast for $5 per person before seeing Santa.
