What is the Lamborghini Huracan EVO?

Is the Huracan EVO a new Huracan model?

The Huracan family is rapidly growing. We already had the Huracan RWD model, the standard Huracan, and the top Huracan Performante. Add on top of that Spyder versions of all three models and the Huracan lineup has six models in it.

The Huracan EVO is one more model added to the mix. Pricewise, it slots in just below the Performante. Interestingly enough, the Huracan EVO has similar specs to the Performante and with more features we expect the Huracan EVO to be a very popular model.

Does the Huracan EVO have a Spyder version?

As of this writing, the only Huracan EVO model will be a coupe. With previous models though, we can almost guarantee that a Spyder version will be coming. Likely, you will have to wait until next year for official word on the Spyder version. As with other Spyder models, you can expect it to weigh a little more while still capturing the spirit of the coupe version.

What does EVO mean?

Though EVO is all capitalized, it isn’t an acronym. Instead, it picks up on a naming scheme from the Lamborghini Huracan racing series specifically with the Huracan Super Trofeo EVO.
